Determining if your patient is at risk is the first step in successfully treating sleep apnea. Through our Sleep-Mgmt program, providers will screen patients directly — using our comprehensive “Complete Sleep Questionnaire” to find out if their patient is at risk for sleep apnea. This screening form will help you better understand if your patients may have Obstructive Sleep Apnea. After completing the screening process, providers sign the “Prescription Form” (located on the 2nd page of the Complete Sleep Health Questionnaire) and fax to Complete Sleep.

- A comprehensive sleep health questionnaire form, designed to help gauge a patient’s sleep apnea risk level.
- A private portal and management software to help you and your practice keep track of your entire patient’s with quality care and ease.
After successfully screening your patient (using the Complete Sleep Health Questionnaire) and faxing it to Complete Sleep — our “Patient Care Team” will:
· Verify Patient’s Insurance Coverage
· Call Patient to Schedule Delivery
· Educate Patient on Device Use
The home sleep device is then shipped to the patient, where they perform the self-guided study (typically 1-3 nights) in the comfort of their own home. Once finished, the patient returns the device via the provided prepaid return addressed mailer and the Information is reviewed by a Board Certified Sleep Specialist. Diagnosis and treatment recommendations are quickly sent to you, the patient’s ordering provider.Our Home Sleep Test Device is capable of recording and scoring respiratory events during sleep (e.g., apneas, hypopneas, mixed apneas and flow limiting events).
Once your patient has been thoroughly screened, tested and diagnosed; treatment is the next step towards helping your patient regain serenity.
Available treatment options include: CPAP Therapy (according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine is the gold standard in treatment), as well as Oral Appliances. Other options include: Sleep Hygiene and Surgery.
With any new treatment comes the necessity of training and process. Through clinical protocols and training solutions, we offer a smooth approach to treating sleep apnea in a way that is concise and efficient.
